I have a feeling that very soon I am going to be a photographer to go to get your pictures done under the rain! Yesterday was my second photoshoot {Under} the rain…and I LOVED IT!!!!! We did have perfect moments of NO RAIN and this magical lighting you only can get with overcast sky!!! But combined with amazing couple who are so IN LOVE and SO MUCH fun to photograph- you get the idea- I WAS on CLOUD NINE and not even rain could ruin that!!!!!!!!! The only problem I had to solve was their names- such a tongue twister for a Russian Girl- Laura and Rory!!!! Try it yourself. :) Well I came up with the perfect solution- we decided from then on I am going to call them very easy Russian Names- Natasha and Boris! :)))) I snapped this picture of their {passionate kiss under the rain} next to their NEW HOUSE they JUST BOUGHT!!!! :)

After 5 days of being on the road and 3000 some miles…It is GOOD to be home, in my space with my favorite mug {cat in the hat} in my hand, full of flavorful java and Lilly soundly asleep on my lap. Visiting my friends Andrew and Elena was amazing! What a short visit it was- and what a wonderful time we’ve had there! Having my friend Svetlana right there all the way along was GREAT! I am so happy she could make it with us! img_4220

As soon as we hit Cincinnati- the greyness and rain welcomed us and Gabriella asked if we could go back to Uncle Andrew and Aunt Lena soon, like tomorrow?! :))) Gabby had a blast! She made new friends with neighbours’ little boy her age- Denis! They were inseparable! img_9650

On Friday we hit Disney’s Magic Kingdom- and seeing it through Gabriella’s eyes WAS pure MAGIC!!! img_4386

Saturday we drove to Sarasota to meet with Shanon Engel and her fiancee Lance Otto and to shoot their engagement session. We’ve laughed so much that day that my ribs hurt! Shanon and Lance are perfect for each other! I loved meeting them and spending day together! Can not wait to photograph their wedding this coming July!!!! img_9464

Of course there are SO MANY more pictures to show and SO many more stories to tell!!!! Bare with me- everything is coming soon!!!! :)

This photosession was at first very spontaneous! I texted my dear friend and photographer Lana that I have an opening on this coming Saturday and I would love to do her family photos- since we’ve been talking about it forever and never really had a chance. Plus I am getting really busy and do not know when will have an opening next! :) Then it became Lana’s obsession- to get everything right! :0 She knew exactly what kind of look she wanted from photographs, so it was an easy job for me as a photographer- I knew I did not need to coordinate her family clothing or worry too much that she will complain about what I will ask them to do! :) It was a surprise for us to find out that it is supposed to rain the entire day. Well, I was optimistic and said- it can not rain the ENTIRE day! LOL let’s just go and see what happens! :) While it rains- we will get inside the coffee shop or something and enjoy hot chocolate and then go outside and do more pictures! :))) Little did we know that it RAINED the ENTIRE day! (: Let’s just say we DID get wet in the process, and even run into abandoned {WET} couch that {JUST HAPPENED} to coordinate with Lana’s clothing and WE HAD to include it in the pictures! ha ha ha! I enjoyed that photoshoot sooo much!!! :))) I have a lot of exciting projects going on and can not wait to share pictures from that rainy Saturday- but for now- here is a little sneak peak!  Thank you guys for not canceling on me and willing to try new things and run around rainy Loveland with me looking for bright spots! :)

Special thanks goes to my very special babysitter who kept my little G-Monkey occupied while I run around and had all kind of fun with my camera! :) Hope she did not terrorized you too much and you will babysit for me again! XOXOX ;)

I have been experimenting with the light. Trying to achieve this specific “feel” of photos- colorful, yet natural…

Thanks Amy for letting me experiment on you a little on that sunny bright afternoon! :)

I think the most rewarding part of being a photographer is having many pictures of my own child! :) And she is quiet a model! She {loves} being photographed! My mom made all these clothes for her and I was thrilled to dress her up as a sweet {red} flower! She reminds me of a {tulip} in this outfit! :)

What is your favorite flower?

We have been blessed with some amazing weather recently and I can only hope it will stay this way!!! So many exciting photoshoots to come!!!!!

Spring is probably one of the most exciting times of the years for me. Of course I love warm hot summer days, but it is always super nice to wake up to the very first sunshine of the spring sun after long dark cold winter nights!!!! :)

Happy International Women Day!!!!!I hope every guy showed just how much he appreciates what girls are doing in his life: his mom, grandmother, sister, girlfriend, wife… Let’s face it, guys, without a woman this world would stop!!! Yes, we drive you absolutely crazy and make no sense but without us there would be NO FUN! :)

We spent this afternoon in Loveland park with Lauren and Amy! The weather was so great! Thank you guys for hanging out with us! We’ve enjoyed you very much!
